Alexandra joins Stosic & Associates after having achieved considerable recognition within the Ontario PC Party Fund as a manager on the lead team for Business Development and Stakeholder Relations during the 2018 Provincial Campaign.
Prior to being recruited by the Party’s senior executive, Alexandra held a number of roles with local PC campaigns, including as the Director of Youth Engagement and Strategy for the campaign that successfully elected a PC MPP in the riding of King-Vaughan. In this role, she was influential in developing and executing the marketing and voter engagement plan to secure the support needed from the various target demographics, including the coveted “millennial” segment.
In the private sector, Alexandra was the Director of Investor and Government Relations to a fast growing cannabis venture. In this role Alexandra was critical to the financial health of the business as she was instrumental in attracting capital from private equity firms, high net-worth individuals and institutional investors. Her government relations work included crafting applications to Health Canada, developing SOPs, and ensuring the business had the public sector relationships necessary for it to achieve its growth potential.
Alexandra has an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Criminology from Western University. She served on the University Students’ Council as the elected Student Programs Officer and Executive Director of the Peer Support Centre and represented the voice of 30,000 students to help spearhead a funding partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association to provide on-campus mental health support for students. This new program became the gold standard for university and college campuses looking to create healthy inclusive environments for their students.
